Recently, one of our customers had a question about the Puridiom system:
Q: What do I do when someone leaves the company and I want to deactivate them but keep them in the system for historical purposes?
A: The Puridiom solution has the capability to customize how the organization maintains user profiles for many circumstances. In this case, set up a security group called Deactivated, with no privileges. Then under User Profile, lock the previous employee's profile, change their status to inactive, uncheck all module boxes, remove all security groups, and finally add them to the new security group called Deactivated. Note: the user will be removed from all approval lists if they are approvers.
