Puridiom 3.0 - New Enhancements for Next Update

The next major update (TBD) for Puridiom 3.0 will include the following new features and enhancements:

• Supplier Portal: added Purchase Order module - suppliers can only VIEW their orders
  
  
• Purchase Orders: added two new steps Insurance and Compliance for Contracts and Blankets (Blanket Orders, Delivery Orders, Service Orders).
  
  
• Supplier Management: on the contract browse, also displaying Blanket Orders, Deliver Orders, and Service Orders, not just Contracts.
  
  
• Option to "edit" Requisition attachments, This feature, based on security allows the user to select an attachment and upload a new one that will overwrite the existing one.
  
  
• Displaying catalog item images on the requisition line item page as well as on the catalog item page in the Administration module.
  
  
• Option to upload items from an excel file into the requisition line items (shopping cart). Upload options are configurable from the system setup options. The option is available only to incomplete Requisitions
  
  
• Option for Summary of Orders associated w/ Contract
  
  
• New Supplier Registration page for Puridiom Customers to allow any supplier to register for qualification.
  
  
• View supplier certifications, insurance and compiance information from within the Purchase Order.
  
  
• Invoice options to automatically create an invoice against Blanket Orders flagged as Auto Payment. Each occurrence generates a fully received Release Order.
  
  
• Global Locale/currency enhancement for budgets by cost center and/or department as well as add daily task to connect to web services to upload current currency factors for currency codes.

NIGP 61st Annual Forum & Products Exposition

TSA attended this year's 2006 NIGP conference, held in sunny Tampa, FL.

We were able to meet with other suppliers and colleagues, as well as new folks interested in procurement products and services. Overall, the exposition was a success for TSA. The NIGP Annual Forum and Products Exposition is the largest educational conference exclusively for individuals in Public Purchasing. Each year, public sector procurement professionals get the opportunity to engage in professional development and to discover new products and services in the Products Expo. Next year, get your share of new ideas, innovative techniques and network with your peers to find out what they are doing to meet the demands placed on them by their customers and constituencies.
