Cloud Implementation

Quicker Deployment, Lower Overall Cost

Cloud deployments are quicker to deploy, enable you to stay current with automatic updates, provide independence from IT, improve usability, and lower overall cost of ownership.

Puridiom Cloud Features:

  • Application: Puridiom Cloud is single tenant - Puridiom/Client application is the only application on Cloud server. Puridiom maintains, upgrades, backs up data, and performs all of the activities required to keep the software running. No hardware or maintenance is required by the client, including security.
  • Database: Client database is the only database on Cloud server.
  • Releases/Updates: Puridiom and client work together to determine releases and updates, as well as maintenance and data backups. Upgrades and releases are included in the subscription cost.
  • Security: Because client application is the only application on the Puridiom Cloud server, Puridiom can guarantee secure access.
  • Managed: Puridiom management is included.
  • Technical Help Desk: Included.
  • End User Help Desk: Up to 24 hour a day end user support is available for an additional cost.
  • Purchase Method: Subscription.

Licensed Implementation

More Control of Software, Less Integration Challenges

Licensed deployments require more investment up-front, to include initial implementation and license fees, hardware infrastructure acquisition and maintenance costs, administrative and internal resource costs for support. However, if organization already has infrastructure in place and has a need to keep data behind the firewall for security purposes, this deployment may be the way to go. Other benefits include control of software and less integration challenges.

Puridiom Licensed Features:

  • Application: Client has the right to use Puridiom software. Software is installed on the client's hardware on-site. Client is responsible for the hardware and all costs associated with hardware maintenance. Client administrative and IT resources are required, as well as additional costs for databases and infrastructure management. Puridiom implementation is largely dependent on client IT resources.
  • Database: Database is maintained on-site by client IT personnel. Client must consider cost of training and maintenance of database.
  • Releases/Updates: New releases and upgrades are installed in-house by client IT or by Puridiom. Additional costs are incurred with major updates.
  • Security: Application is behind the client firewall. Client is responsible for maintaining network security.
  • Managed: Client manages and maintains control of software as long as license is in effect. Optional Puridiom management is available at additional cost.
  • Technical Help Desk: Technical help desk and support are available for an additional cost.
  • End User Help Desk: Up to 24 hour a day end user support is available for an additional cost.
  • Purchase Method: Contract or purchase order.

The Puridiom Marketplace is a web-based trading and collaboration solution that enables organizations to more efficiently buy, sell, and collaborate.
